MILESTONES THAT ARE AN OUTCOME OF OUR FUTURISTIC VISION

• Winning the first certifications from Revenue Authorities for the first colonization of largest landbank in 1997 before it became Greater Noida.
• Achieving the greatest funding from the National Water Commission to implement the largest river training program on River Yamuna (2000) and completing it in record time, thus benefitting more than 50 villages.
• Attaining the first certification from Airport Authority of India to build the tallest tower in Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Plan in 2007.
• Setting the first roof top Helipad & getting the first Gold Rating in Gurgaon-Manesar urban plan (2008)

MILESTONES THAT ARE AN OUTCOME OF OUR INNOVATIVE MINDSET

• Initiating the Co-Operative Group Housing Scheme in Delhi (1995).
• Pioneering the promotion of one of the first regularized colonies of Delhi, spread over more than 500 acres (1995), which was later selected by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation to be connected in its first phase of implementation.
• Developing a 300 acre industrial area promoted by UPSIDC, Govt. of UP, (1997), which is known today as Greater Noida. The effort continued in Faridabad too, now better known as Nehar Paar (2000).
• Pioneering initiative of co-developing the largest IT corridor of 150 acres promoted by HSIIDC, Govt. of Haryana (2007)

MILESTONES THAT HAVE BECOME A TREND OF THE INDUSTRY OVER THE YEARS

• Our initiative to ‘regularise’ civic facilities (electricity-water-roads) for the development spread over 500 acres (1995), from the Govt. of NCT, Delhi became a trend for other similar colonised developments.
• In 2005 we offered Business Parks as a hot investment destination in real estate which earned huge profits for the investors. Today every other developer is following our footsteps.
• Getting an approval for building a Helipad in our 150 acre Business Park in 2006 was another big trend which others in the industry aspire to follow.
• We broke the barrier of height & got certification from AAI (2007), to build the first Tallest Tower in Gurgaon-Manesar Urban plan.
• We also led the way to get the first Gold Rating from MoEF, Govt of India (2008) to make Green Buildings.
• By 2008, an on-the-job, training & skill development of girls & boys from rural Haryana, using six sigma module raised eyebrows of many in the industry. We are sure that this will be yet another trend to follow, when the industry will realise it’s true potential.
