Commander (Retd.) Daryao Singh Dahiya, Chairman, Vigneshwara Group of Companies, retired from the Indian Navy, after 33 years of Yeoman Service. His various achievements include three commendations from Naval Top Brass for Bravery, for out of the call of Duty. Enterpreneur since 1991, he has been in Urban Infrastructure & Real Estate development since then and follows the ethos of transparency and integrity in commercial transactions. Having strong administrative skills and logistical approach, he chairs the top management hierarchy of the Group. His strong congenial aptitude to connect with people and enjoying harmonious, Bureaucratic, Technocratic and Political affinity, enables the 360 degree factor of progress and efforts of the organisation. Being a master trainer of Gunners, from Navy, he has an ability to identify the business targets very well and imbibes the same ability to the organisation. |

Mr. Sunil Kumar Dahiya, Managing Director of the company, is a young and dynamic science graduate from highly coveted Elphinstone College, Mumbai and has acquired his techno-commercial skills of Management, Business Development and International Relations with global corporates. He has been at the middle management in the sales force of Global Fortune 500 Cos’ viz., Cathay Pacific (Hong Kong) and Trans Asia Global Logistics (London). He now heads Vigneshwara Group as Managing Director and has also been honoured by prestigious Indira Gandhi Priyadarshani Award (2006-07) for outstanding performance in the real estate development industry. |

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Dahiya, Executive Director, a dynamic 31 years old personality, handles the operations of the group, in verticals of Finance and Engineering. Handling the execution and implementation of engineering works with established vendors having ISO capabilities like Honeywell, Microsoft, Wipro and other prominent Companies, in the developments of Infrastructure and Information Technology, he has acquired a great experience over the years. At Vigneshwara, he heads the steering committee of the organisation, which is implementing the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and has successfully completed the Business Standardisation Process using 6 Sigma tools in consultation with Wipro. |
